The agreement
Unhooked is licensed, not sold. Your use of it is governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement:Apple Standard EULA.
Subscriptions
Unhooked Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available as:
- Monthly — billed every month
- Yearly — billed every 12 months
Prices are shown in your local currency on the subscription screen before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.
There is no free trial. Phase 1 of the repair path, the counter, the journal, the SOS screen and the crisis resources are free permanently, with or without a subscription.

- Relationship pattern review
The free features listed above are not removed if a subscription lapses, and your journal history is never locked behind the paywall.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple, not to us, viareportaproblem.apple.com.
Not professional care
Unhooked provides general self-reflection material. It is not medical advice, psychological treatment, therapy, or a substitute for a qualified professional. The relationship pattern content describes behaviour patterns; it does not diagnose any person or condition. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
Acceptable use
Do not use Unhooked to harass, monitor or track another person. It is a tool for your own recovery.
Liability
Unhooked is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
